About Amin Apparel

A quality conscious company catering to the specific standards of its prestigious customers. We at AA ensure in providing best optimal manufacturing services of our products keeping in view the environmental as well as safety standards. Specializing in the denim garments market, AA is not confined but capable to produce the product mix pertaining market trends and demand including workwears for large manufacturing companies.

We are an ISO 9001:2008 & BSCI certified company with 200+ stitching machines operating through 3 independent stitching lines (capacity of producing 100k basic 5 pocket denim jeans per month) and over 250 employed skilled workforce.

Our Products

With factory located in Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, Pakistan, we have 200+ stitching machines employing more than 250 skilled workforce, and the capacity to produce 100k basic trousers per month. From denim jeans to workwear trouser, from boxer shorts to soft shell jackets, from Polo Shirts to Dress Shirts, we have diversified range of products to offer.

Although we are exporting workwear garments to Europe for Modyf brand, but we have also tapped Multinational Companies in Pakistan like Coca-Cola, Kansai Paint, Coca-Cola Export, Honda Atlas Cars, Pepsi Cola International and Nestle Pakistan for their uniform requirements. We have been awarded consecutive orders from MNCs for the consistent quality of our product. As we believe in long term business association.

Multiple Checks at each Process stage for Quality Assurance

Cutting

Fabric Sourcing from reputable suppliers to ensure quality input
Each fabric roll is checked for quality & shrinkage before sending to cutting department
Computerized pattern making process is adopted based upon the shrinkage report of the relevant Fabric

Stitching

Cut wise numbered bundles are moved to stitching floor after conducting quality audits
Stitching is done according to the pre production approved samples by our Merchandizing team
Quality line checkers at each sub-section of stitching line.

Finishing

Specialized Quality Assurance department
Each garment is checked and filtered at 3 stages [Inter, Final & Super]
Ok garments are also i00% checked for measurement as per customer approved specs sheet
Only OK garments are moved to packing section
